I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Genoa located in a charming alley in the University district. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities, including air conditioning, were all in good working condition. The rooms had a good view and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which included a variety of cold meats, cheese, coffee, rolls.

Great location near tourist attractions and transportation hubs, including cruise terminals and the main train station. Peaceful and quiet setting in a charming alley. Private parking available in the old town, a huge convenience in a city with limited parking options. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing assistance from the moment we arrived and even accommodating our furry friend. The well-equipped room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with the only minor downside being the lack of French TV channels.
The check-in process could be improved, as we were asked to leave our passports and had to wait for them to be photocopied. The breakfast was pricey, so we opted to grab something from a nearby bakery instead.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Genoa. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided in the rooms. Additionally, the location in the University district was perfect, with easy access to the marina for daily trips and plenty to see within walking distance. The staff were also very attentive and provided good service throughout my stay.
No improvement needed, all was satisfactory.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Colosseum were all just a short stroll away. It made exploring this beautiful city so convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, which were serviced daily. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English. We were also impressed with the breakfast, which was delivered right to our room.
