I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Genoa located in a charming alley in the University district. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities, including air conditioning, were all in good working condition. The rooms had a good view and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which included a variety of cold meats, cheese, coffee, rolls.

The check-in process could be improved, as we were asked to leave our passports and had to wait for them to be photocopied. The breakfast was pricey, so we opted to grab something from a nearby bakery instead.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Colosseum were all just a short stroll away. It made exploring this beautiful city so convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, which were serviced daily. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English. We were also impressed with the breakfast, which was delivered right to our room.
