We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the range of facilities available. The easy parking and close proximity to Genova Principa station made it convenient for transportation. Additionally, the hotel's location close to all the main attractions of the city was a major plus.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Genoa located in a charming alley in the University district. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities, including air conditioning, were all in good working condition. The rooms had a good view and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which included a variety of cold meats, cheese, coffee, rolls.

Great location near tourist attractions and transportation hubs, including cruise terminals and the main train station. Peaceful and quiet setting in a charming alley. Private parking available in the old town, a huge convenience in a city with limited parking options. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing assistance from the moment we arrived and even accommodating our furry friend. the well-equipped room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with the only minor downside being the lack of French TV channels.

The check-in process could be improved, as we were asked to leave our passports and had to wait for them to be photocopied. the breakfast was pricey, so we opted to grab something from a nearby bakery instead.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring Genoa's attractions on foot. It is also close to the train station, allowing for easy transportation in and out of the city. Despite being situated in an alley, the location is vibrant and offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, recommending great dinner options and assisting with my luggage. They even allowed me to check-in early and store my luggage after check-out, free of charge. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and within easy reach of many other great sights. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of croissants, toast, and cappuccinos delivered right to my room.
